Our team
Welcome to the beating heart of our consultancy firm: Our Team. Comprising a diverse and skilled group of professionals, our team is the driving force behind transforming innovative ideas into tangible technical solutions. With a wealth of experience and expertise, each member is meticulously trained to navigate the complexities of the ever-changing technical landscape.
The root of our existence
Our activities commenced in 2008, initially focusing on providing maintenance, support, and emergency services to major industrial companies based in the Netherlands. We extended our reach both domestically and internationally, engaging in projects related to automation for companies worldwide.
In 2010, we were active on projects in South America and collaborated on projects involving hydroelectric power plants with a capacity of up to 20 megawatts and military projects.
Since 2014, we've concentrated on the Dutch industrial market, specializing in assisting the establishment of new firms.
Presently, our main focus revolves around three key areas: Emergency Services, medium-sized projects, and industrial maintenance. Since 2021, A&A Management has proudly partnered with Belimed Lifescience, providing comprehensive service and maintenance with a dedicated team across the Benelux and a portion of Northern France. Additionally, we play an active role in the offshore sector, catering to several major players, offering services ranging from maintenance to ship modifications and more.
