Our team
Welcome to the beating heart of our consultancy firm: Our Team. Comprising a diverse and skilled group of professionals, our team is the driving force behind transforming innovative ideas into tangible technical solutions. With a wealth of experience and expertise, each member is meticulously trained to navigate the complexities of the ever-changing technical landscape.
The root of our existence
A&A Management started in 2008, offering maintenance, support, and emergency services to top industrial companies in the Netherlands. Over time, we grew our reach both at home and abroad, taking on automation projects for clients around the globe.
By 2010, we were active in Central and South America, working on hydroelectric power plants with capacities of up to 20 megawatts and handling specialized military projects.
Since 2014, our focus has been mainly on the European industrial market, helping new companies get established and grow.
Today, our work revolves around three main areas: Emergency Services, medium‑sized projects, and industrial maintenance. We’re proud to work with Belimed Lifescience, providing full service and maintenance through a dedicated team across the Benelux and Northern France. We also have a strong foothold in the offshore sector, supporting major players with everything from maintenance to ship modifications and more.
